I love the three word story thing in the general chat, but I would like to do more. In an old forum I used to be part of, we would write 50 words, and combine them into a story, but the catch was that we asked who all wanted in, and then we would choose someone to pick up where we left off. You can't choose someone that has already gone unless we've gone through everyone.

So here is the list of people playing, I'll just edit this post to put new names on it.

Richard knew it was going to be a hard day of work. It had taken him twenty years to make enough money to do it. He was excited beyond anything he could remember, but he knew he needed to keep cool. Richard closed his eyes, and pressed the start button.
