Daisho Con

My husband videotaped the entire cosplay masquerade, but we haven't processed it yet and, since I didn't record it myself, I can't vouch for quality. Paige/X/BudoKiba will be posting the video on her blog later today and will link to it in this thread.

Nice! I'm excited for the video - I wasn't able to film it because I was in it. And who knows if my friends got it.

Yeah! Those are some cool pics. I was the one dressed as Nanao in the cosplay contest. My bangs did not want to stay where they were (even with hair spray). My friends were the ones dressed as Len and Nozomu Itoshiki.

I was only able to take 1 roll's worth of film before my camera crapped out, but with how school's been insane for me, it may be a few weeks before I get my pics uploaded.

Now for those of you who do know me. I would like to know if I look better without my specs. This could affect my decision to get lasic surgery. Sorry about the size, I obtained this through another guy's photobucket. He was generous to give me the URL after he took my picture.

i know how much of a pain glasses can be so i say go for lasik

imagine cosplaying without itchy eyes or taking your glasses off for every pic

If you can finance lasik NOW? Do it! You look good either way but if you CAN afford it now, DO it now--it's going to be awhile before it becomes cheaper, so there's not much sense to waiting.

Okay, so here are the videos from the cosplay masquerade on Saturday night. Please note: I DID NOT RECORD THE VIDEO. I assembled what I could with the bits and pieces that someone recorded for me. I don't have footage of everyone, so if you're not in there ... I'm sorry.

I've broken the footage into nine videos, each with about four or five skits/cosplayers. Each video is roughly one to two minutes in length. I also have one more video from the game room, this time on Sunday.

I'm going to start saving up when I get a job again. But I have a lot on me that i plan to fix with my mom's inherited vision problem to begin with.
