The Linux one is OK... but this one lets me manipulate the call while it's in progress, such as adding music and sound effects in the call. I've been working with it for a few years now.

Just something for you to think about, do you want to use your real names or your forum name. I would prefer to use forum names, but its up to the group.

I've done both, Real with my Star Wars work, and Avvie names with my Myst Online work. Something to discuss tomorrow at the meeting.

sorry if I've been quiet for all this I've been very busy latly dont know if I can make it to the meeting though I've got prior engagments.

Belldandy will be back soon as he gets back home. in the meantime though, We're wondering if we can set up a private board on this message board to jot down some notes and keep things organized for reference.

Last nights meeting was great, we got alot acomplished. Ahlon and i will be at the next staff meeting and we have a sample Podcast to share with everyone. Just keep in mind this cast was a test, we never intended it to be aired. We were testing the format and getting to know each others styles. A;though I have to say for a test it is very good in my opinion. we are planning on getting the first cast out in May. April isnt really good for any of us especially with Trivia startign today. We are planning to meet after the meeting on monday to go over some ideas. Thanks again to batou for being an excellient guest

Sounds great! When can we listen to the test-cast? A private discussion board for this shouldn't be a problem, though it might be nicer to keep the conversation here so that others can give feedback and contribute?

The private board we have in mind is for staff members so we can plan upcoming casts. Don't want to give everything away to the public.

The test cast will be "aired" to the staff at mondays meeting. As batou said, the private forum will be for planning of furture casts.

ok, for daishocast staff and guests, we are holding meetings on skype every sunday night around 9pm. this may change but for right now that is what works for the people who responded.

maybe I tend to close on sundays. I would like to do graphic novel reveiws for each cast and I still remain that we need to make more of a presence of gaming and comics within the casts.

infact I'ld like to reveiw graphic novels periodicly. I'm going to be reading alot more with donating plasma on a dual weekly basis and some of that money is going to go towards more graphic novels to read during the process.

Hmm.. I guess I can do Sunday once school gets out in mid-May. I'll just have to inform my dad that I need to use his laptop and Skype.

would it work better if the meeting was around 2 or 3 on sunday
