Hi I'm from Stevens Point, I'm a junior at SPASH (the local high school), and I'm looking for the local anime club (I didn't know that there was one :cry: )

for the con yes every Monday at 8 at the UW we dont actualy have any anime meetings though.

are high school students allowed?
where in the UW? (room, building, ect.)

I don't know thats something we would need to discuss. I don't think it would be a problem however it is a matter that hasnt come to being yet so we would need to discuss it further.
