I've been reading some more independant comics latly. Stuff thats not cannon to anything else just stuff thats new and refreshing. do you have any indie comics you like.

I've been reading Johnny the Homicidal Maniac recently.

That's what I call refreshing.

I have the directors cut that has happy noodle boy and the filler bunny eps in it as well. I do love jhonens work but I dont really like jhonens additude most the time towards his own work. He actualy doesnt like JTHM at all same with invader zim. it was money for him.

That's unfortunate. I [s]have[/s] am borrowing a copy of the director's cut, too. I love the philosophy behind the art; hearing that he didn't view it as equals with his other projects is disappointing.

Well he gets excited in the begining but tends to get bored very fast. hes very ADD.

I've read most of the early hellboy stuff. I enjoy the idea and adore the art style, the use of Black is simply amazing for creating an Atmosphere. I haven't read anything past the massive break Mignola took though. The characters are nothing all that special although as heroes most of them are given interesting powers(Liz aside) The movies do a great job of expanding upon characters though.

My favorite so far is Wormwood Gentlemen Corpse it is so damn funny.
