Karaoke

Didn't see this elsewhere, but it'd be great to have. Even if it's just the Singstar games or something cheep like that. Karaoke was something I missed in 08.

It's a high possibility. I've been thinking of hosting a karaoke panel.

Yeah, like they did at Detour. The team sets up all the equipment. The speakers, the mics, the projectors, the computers, etc. They have a list of songs you can choose from, based on the category of it being either Japanese/anime, or American. Write down your name, the song and artist, and whether you want lyrics up on the projector screen or not.
Detour did it both on Friday and Saturday night, taking up 2 hour blocks both times.

Kareoke is always fun. Even if you're horrible at it. It might be a good panel to host like friday night or something, to keep people energized.

Yeah. Only time I did karaoke sober though was when I was playing Rockband during NBC 007 with members of The Slants (who were the big musical guests that year). I still to this day get giddy thinking about that.
