Daisho Con

I'm just wondering, who plays MTG that is going to Daisho Con? I'm going to be bringing some decks and my trade-stuff if anyone wants to do trades or play a few games. Also, as long as the staff at the con don't have a problem with it, I'll also take cash for my cards as well if there's someone who doesn't have something I need but still wants what I have to offer. A whole lot of us play MTG on a casual level, and we will be having some tournaments and whatnot. I've been out of competitive magic since Kamigawa though so I dunno what does well now or what formats are popular.

Magic is one of those games I just refuse to try cause if I like it its a huge blow to my pocket books. I got into D&D minis Ive got over 600 dollars worth of them and yet I've only played against my friends using my own sets against me. x.x

I agree with DeadSid in that it's a huge moneysink if you're not careful. All said and done, though, and I love it. Fun game, so hit me up for a game or three at the con (or any time I'm likely to have my cards)

I just started back up after a long hiatus (Long story, don't ask), but I have yet to play against somebody.

Besides Heroscape, I love Magic!

I have a ton of heroscape at home that I've never used for heroscape. the Mapmaking is just so damn cool. I used it for heroclix instead.

I'll be bringing a Magic deck... I've got a Goblin deck which was heavily modified off of the "Duel Pack" that came out with... Lorewyn, I think, and I've just built an Esper Shard deck from the newest "Shards of Alara" expansion. It's only a few cards of being amazing... but one of those cards is a Mythic Rare, so I might be waiting a little.

Anyway, I'd love to play some people.

Hm I havent played magic in a while....not since lorwyn release i think.. but ill definately bring some decks to play. Now where did I leave my box....
