Music for Anime Dance

Postby InuYasha on Wed Apr 09, 2008 10:22 pm

Are there any songs you want played at the Daisho Con anime dance?

If so, please post the artist and song name. Then I will try to get the songs.

Thanks!

I have a few that I own, but are not necessarily anime or asian music, But would be good for the dance.

Sandstorm by: Denube
Streamline by: Newton
Dragonstea Din Tei by: Ozone
Better Off Alone by: Alice Deejay

Through the Night by: Akino Arai
My Mirai by: Saeka

Note: I OWN THESE ALL... I just was wondering if they were good choices.

They're all good choices, but there's no need to even ask about this one. A dance without Sandstorm is like peanut butter without jelly. :o

People will probably fall over laughing due to memories of a fat kid dancing on a webcam.

For a memory refresher...

I swear I went to high school with that kid...but then again, did everyone go to high school with a kid who looks just like him?

Hello Everyone!

My name is Liquid!

About a week ago I met with a large number of folks from Daisho Con at No brand in Eau Claire. Unless they have changed their minds in the last week, I will be your official Daisho Con DJ! (*Cue Crickets*)

I am VERY happy to say that all the songs you have all mentioned thus far are in my MASSIVE repertoire of Musak!

My background is heavily in raves. I am a trance DJ and Live remix artist, but I spin everything. From metal to folk, tv themes to DDR/ParaPara Anthems, and all the hardcore techno in between! I will be using a digital vinyl drive system... what that means to you is that I can spin anything spontaneously and mix it up better and smoother than a velvet pina colada.

I have almost every anime theme, opening, and ending song known to man. I have all the classic techno anthems and every dance necessity. This is your dance folks, you format it and I will oblige, adding my own electronic flare and eclectic blend of remixing while I am at it. but fear not, i won't tamper with the classics  .

I am very much honored that the con staff have offered me this opportunity. I, along with my counter part Ewok are gonna put on one helluva show for you all. here are some pics of me spinning it up at some raves a few years ago. You all will have the pleasure of being the first public performance I do with my new equipment  :P

Oh yea...

I have 4 versions of Carmelldansen
