I'm 3 and a half seasons into it. its by far my favorite show. Anthony Boirdain's cynicism and take on tourism is very much what I believe and how I wish I could see the world. One dream of mine is to go around the world and taste good foods and he does it for a living (well that and write about everything he eats) its no shocker to most my friends that I love good food. I try eating fast food sometimes cause its emergency food but I just cant stand it. In fact I tend to get sick at many of them. I love even the episodes for the countries I really haven't had any interest or don't really like the food for.

Hmmm that's... not a bad idea maybe get a group of the foodies together do it towards the beginning of the con and then let some people know were the good places to go to eat around here are as well. have a few of the places supply coupons if they can or even just supply some menus for people to see.

OMG YES.

Anime-fans and gamers are known for their large stomachs, but are they large enough to handle the Polito's challenge?

We've already got the catch-phrase. Slap a label on and let's package this.

Should I contact polito's to have them come to Daisho officially, or is this a random let's-field-trip to polito's deal?

I'll contact them, because it would be better the former way, I think.

I vote random field trip to Politos... I think that it would be funny if a bunch of people dressed as characters showed up there

Contact them and have them show up. Much easier that way. See if they'll give us a discount on the pizza maybe? heh heh

@monkeybotz - take a random trip there anyway?
