I would suggest putting it somewhere near the beginning of the con, since it is an advice panel, and possibly try to put it in a spot where there really isn't anything "big" going on at the time...no offense, but it seems like one of those panels you don't plan on "I HAVE TO GO THERE" but more like "Well, we can go to this, that, or the other thing" and your panel would be chosen, because frankly, it sounds amusing
