Thank god for my father's extremely poor communication skills.
The keyboard is the right color.
The problem (the third and final story I got on the problem) was the keyboard wasn't always registering the right keys when being used. That problem was fixed, apparently.
You can count on my dad to do things like this. If I bust my laptop, I will do everything myself, as far as paying and contacting the place goes.
