Ha ha I'm surprised at how many responses this post has got. I'll post the descriptions given on the back.
First off is Torque's book, then is our friend from 2nd floor (who is not on the forums yet... loser), and finally is the one I'm going to read.
The Crystal City
Futuristic Romance
Zenobia- a secret metropolis nestled safely in the fertile crscent of the western desert of Glendarra- lay, like it's rulers only daughter Chyrsana, untouched by foreign hands.
One thrust was all it would take.
Torn between conscience and craving, duty and desire, peace-loving Chrysana d'Morne hardened herself to plunge her blade into the heart of Drew Richards- the sensual earthman her dreams warned would destory her father's city. Haunted yet aroused by visions of the future, and by the allure of Drew's exotic eyes, the ravishing Seer struggled to choose between her homeland and her heart. For one stroke could mean release- from the mounting threat of Drew's enigmatic presence and the mysterious seduction he promised. But one caress could mean ecstasy- and a lifetime of love beyond the stars.
Somewhere My Love
As an officer of the Alliance, Sha'Nara had been trained to destroy the psycics who sought galactic domination. But on a mission to protect the Director-General's daughter, the beautiful bodyguard was abducted by one: Tristan- the most dassling sensual man she'd ever encountered. Far from the monster she'd been prepared for, her enemy was a man whose dreams and desires she admired. And in the duel they waged, she felt him parry every thrust, and found herself peirced to the soul by the riposte of his kiss. Soon the firey beauty knew that as surely as her body was Tristan's hostage, so was her heart, and she questioned all she'd ever known- for if the alliance was right and Tristan's people were evil, there wouldd never be a time or place for thier passion. But in his ardent embrace, Sha'Nara found herself hoping, praying, telling herself that they could be together, somehow, Somewhere, my Love.
The Glass Slipper
Once upon a time... they lived happily ever after.
By the stroke of midnight,
you must kiss
The hansome prince
who will bring you bliss.
By no stretch of the imagination did Paige Conner consider herself a princess. She was far more interested in pursuing her research than in attending gala balls or dressing in frilly gowns. Then the feisty beauty's fariy godmother arranged for her to take a job that landed her in a small kingdom- and in the arms of a prince with more than dancing on his mind. Enchanted from the first, Paige longed to lose herself in her royal suitor's loving embrace. Yet she feared that her desire was a result of a seductive spell, and not her own considerable charms. And Paige wouldn't agree to live passionately ever after until she had claimed the prince's heart with a magic all her own.
So there you go, three smutty novel descriptions. Hopefully I don't have too many spelling mistakes, it's hard to type when Tourque and Friend are sitting behind you reading intimate excepts and drawing dirty things on your eraser board. It's hard to ignore.
Which one sounds the best to you.
