ive been wacthing alot of the naruto anime latley and i was wondering if anyone hates these filler arcs as much as i do heck i would broden it to any filler arc in any anime series

Filler sucks. That's why I skip over it every. single. time. Don't waste your time on it when you could be watching something else.

It's times like this I feel in the minority...I actually like to watch the filler. Don't get me wrong I would muuuuuuuuuch rather have story-relevant programing. But when it came to Naruto, I enjoyed it, at least untill the 60th filler...but I dont know how else to say it. I just enjoy Naruto, I like the writing? Heck, it makes me happy! (Naruto, not just filler)

Filler is okay, and in fact, in a lot of cases it's necessary.
However, there is no reason why any anime should be compromised of 38% filler, nor should there be an 85-episode block of filler. That is unacceptable by my standards. I'm actually quite surprised that America hasn't gotten to Shippuden yet, but they actually do filler a lot better by the time they get to that.
But yes. The unmasking episode was hilarious!

I don't think filler is ever necessary. If the manga needs time to catch up, then stop making the anime. Creating crappy story lines that completely destroy the flow of the series shouldn't be an acceptable practice.

I agree. Filler is never worth it.. it ruins the flow of the original story

From what I understand the current Naruto arc is filler pulled from referenced events in the manga, keeping the flow of the story. My roommate is finding it far better than any filler he's seen. I can only hope they continue with a policy of story related filler.

I actually enjoyed *SOME* Of the filler episodes. Anything comedy for starters. Gotta have comedy, no matter how rediculous it is. Even the Curry of Life arc.

Some filler can be okay, and the filler Shippuden is going through now aren't that bad. HOWEVER, what I dislike the most is how they still portray Naruto as a fool in the fillers when the main part of the show has shown how he has learned to think things through.
