From then onwards he's a brown and/or green blob in a sewer system somewhere. From the POV of an agnostic theist, I would like to recreate this set of events in other places around the world to see exactly how widespread religious irrationality is.

The point is that Christ lives in you, not in some sewer system.

*high five* May I ask, did you drink wine on your first communion?sks wrote:Langland wrote:I feel like the oddball. I'm a Catholic Here and you guys are kinda saying some things that sound a bit offensive and I have a feeling I'm gonna be trolled out of this discussion.

It was a bit more controversial. I'm going off of memory, but I believe there were eight distributed comics. However, there were only five drawn by the guy from the dutch newspaper. Three of the comics (the most offensive ones) were fabricated.
If I find a link, I'll post it.

about that. I was confirmed at age 17 which is 2 years ago. my brother got confirmed this year. I just asked because if you had grape juice then I would have to laugh. Real Christians drink wine at communion. Actually I don't drink the wine often and it isn't a sacrelige to do so either. But still good to know you had the wine.sks wrote:Langland wrote:*high five* May I ask, did you drink wine on your first communion?sks wrote:Langland wrote:I feel like the oddball. As a Lutheran I got confirmed in 8th grade (I believe Catholics get confirmed younger), but yes I had wine. I remember it tasting terrible.
